We will arrive in a matter of hours to resolve your problems and get you and your business going again. Hours not used will rollover to next month allowing you to save up hours in the event of a large problem later. Hours can also be converted to hardware purchases to further assist when major repairs or upgrades are needed.
Data Protection
All of our service plans include our automatic offsite backup service that allows us to keep current daily backups of all of your mission critical data. Not only do you get experienced technical help quickly, but your data is protected from loss, with our system in place you will probably never lose more than a few hours work. You can sleep soundly knowing that your data is safe from major loss. We can even retrieve older versions of a file for up to 30 days in the event that an important file is overwritten. Want a copy of that data on CD or DVD, not a problem! We can copy those same files to a DVD for a nominal fee so you have a copy for your fire safe or safe deposit box. No need to worry about pricey hard drive recovery costing up to $2000 per incident.
